The Cherry Blossom Walk
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, our hearts go out to all who have been affected.
Sadly, current realities prevent us from having a Festival this year. So, the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival and Cherry Blossom Walk have been cancelled.
We appreciate so much the support of our sponsors, partners, exhibitors, vendors, performers, martial arts groups, lecturers and volunteers and the loyalty and excitement shown by all of the fans and friends of the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival. We share your disappointment, and we look forward to celebrating together and seeing everyone again when the Festival makes its comeback in 2021.
We will announce the date of the 2021 Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival soon!

Consul-General Kayoko Fukushima and Mayor John Cooper will lead the Cherry Blossom Walk. The 2.5 mile course begins and ends at Nashville's Public Square, the site of the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival, and follows the Cumberland River Greenway, looping at Sister Cities' Magdeburg Connector to Morgan Park in Germantown. The Cherry Blossom Walk is free and open to the public. No registration is required. The walk is sponsored by Sister Cities of Nashville and the Japan-America Society of Tennessee.
